Lubricated system

Copromec Die Casting S.r.l developed an innovative lubrication system that conveys the lubricant to the plunger tip trough the shot rod. This system allows to set the lubrication for every single phase of the die casting process and provides an even greasing of the whole shot sleeve. Lubricant outlet is located on the most critical part of the plunger, that is the head, while the lubrication channels are completely integrated in the shot rod to prevent any damage and leak.
